What is a cheap way to brighten your teeth?

I have no $ $ $ for zoom and white stripes ….. I use peroxide, but it makes no great difference. I do not smoke, but I know a lot of coffee and tea to drink. Help!

hmm. white streaks the cheapest way. Whitening toothpaste does not really work, sad to say. If your peroxide does not work, the paste will not work. where I live with a cup of coffee costs about $ 1.30, so that's like $ 40 per month if you get only one. (Not sure what that is, if you make it at home …), but Whitestrips are only $ 30 for 14 days and you need only to do it every 2-6 months dep. on preference shares ….. go price it at a pharmacy, you may be able to find them online. Zoom is like $ 500 and is basically a gimmick to earn money for dentists. if you go to the dentist, is $ 200-300 for whitening trays as well (Tho 'not "instant") as Zoom. so yes, that's a lot of money and should be avoided.
