I want a home tooth whitening kit. My teeth are not yellow, but they are not as white as I would like them to be. I can not afford the fees charged by the dentist for free so someone can recommend a good set that works? And an oral hygienist has your teeth? Is that on the NHS?
You can not buy something in Germany, because bleaching weakens teeth. Hollywood smile come at a price. good brushing and maybe the baking soda. Do not waste your money on whitening toothpastes do not actually work. The hygienist cleans the teeth, but they do not lighten as they damage would, and NHS dental care is very far from free.
