How to whiten teeth at home?

I want to whiten my teeth quickly. I have like seven of the crest whitening strips but what else can I do to get the results quicker using at home ingredients?

I heard about this ancient technique of “oil pulling”. Basically go out and buy a bottle of sesame oil or sunflower oil. Then pour a teaspoon of it and proceed to rinse your mouth with the oil. By this, I mean gargle the oil in your mouth for 1 minute (60 seconds). Repeat if you wish. But you don’t need to do this more than 2x a day. Oil pulling not only whitens your teeth but also gets rid of other toxins in your body!
