How to keep your teeth stay white without the bleaching product ?

This is embarrassing but here goes:
I am a smoker and which mean i drink a lot of strong coffee also. My teeth kinda not yellow or grill color but it’s not as white as i seen on TV. All of my friends do teeth-bleaching and of course, their teeth are super white.
I tried it once and the next morning i feel numb all over my mouth, and i was like THAT’S IT no more bleaching products.
I do clean my teeth twice each year, i brush 2 times a day with whitening toothpaste (sometimes 3, if i eat some thing with strong smell like garlic…)

I’m not gonna ask to stop smoking, coz you prob wont…But smoking is the culprit here….the nicotine actually sits and stains your natural enamel…also the strong coffee, is a contributing factor to the staining, as caffeine stains are also attracted to the enamel.

So what you can do, is smoke less, drink less coffee,go for a Professional cleaning by your hygienist or dentist, maintain your cleaning from there.Then invest in a good electric toothbrush, drop the whitening toothpaste, use a toothpaste with bicarbonate of soda in- to remove the stains.

By the way the people on tv have major dental work done and so too it looks unnatural.
