Teeth Whitening Solution
Does anyone have any natural/home remedy teeth whitening solutions?
Something simple that won’t strip the enamel from my teeth. Any ideas?
First I’ll let you know of a few things that will harm enamel that you may want to stay away from:
Lemon – this is a natural remedy that works well but has been known to harm enamel over time
Hydrogen Peroxide – this is a big ingredient in many whitening products such as tooth paste as well as whitening strips. Although this doesn’t have a huge immediate danger, it has been known to harm enamel over time.
You may want to try the baking soda remedy where you make a paste with 2-3 teaspoons and some water and then brush 2 times a day with this.
I found an excellent blog with a whitening product that works really well (I know because I’ve tried it).
It is natural and healthy for your teeth and also highly effective. The other great thing is that it is Free for a limited time.
