I am getting my brace off tomorrow, please help ?

Whats the best thing that I can use that will give me whiter teeth in days? Having my brace has made my teeth quite yellow and the colour has gone duller. I was just wanting to know whether it hurts getting the brace taken off and also whats the best whitener to use? I have researched but many products have mixed reviews, I have heard boots own brand teeth whitener for 4.99 is pretty good, any help ? Thanx!

The people i know got a polish off the dentist when they had it off to remove any discoloration. Ask him when you have it done. Presuming your under 18 it will be free anyway.
